Make the next step easy

Create a first check-in, a second check-in and a final close-the-loop message. Each includes a subject line and editable wording. The tool drafts text only: it never sends email or connects to a customer account.

When should you follow up?

Use the timeframe agreed with the customer. If none was agreed, a possible starting point is a check-in after two business days, another around a week later and a final note if useful. This is an example cadence, not an evidence-based conversion promise. Stop when the customer declines or asks you to stop.

What should you check before sending?

Confirm the quote reference, scope and next action. Do not invent an expiry date, limited availability or a discount. A customer reply does not by itself confirm an appointment.

Can I use the wording as a text message?

You can shorten it for an existing customer conversation on their agreed channel. Check your own permissions and messaging requirements before using any automated sending system. This tool does not provide one.
